Short version. Your data stays yours. We never sell it, never share it with landlords, never train external models on it. Your profile lives on your account; you can delete it any time.
The optional Leaselikely Chrome extension reads your saved profile from your account and fills rental application forms on supported rental sites (Zillow, Apartments.com, RealPage, AppFolio, RentSpree, StreetEasy, Zumper, HotPads, PadMapper, Realtor.com, RentCafe, Rent.com, Craigslist). It only runs on those sites and only when you ask it to. It never sends form data to our servers, never reads other tabs, and never submits applications on your behalf — every application is reviewed and submitted by you.
No one. We don't sell data. We don't share with landlords. We don't share with advertisers. We use a few infrastructure providers (Railway for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Anthropic for the listing-extraction LLM) — these process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
Delete your account, your profile, your saved listings — any time, from your dashboard or by emailing hello@leaselikely.com. We'll respond within 7 days.
Leaselikely complies with the Fair Housing Act and never considers race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability in any prediction. Our model only uses financial, screening, and listing-side criteria that landlords are legally permitted to use.
